Gioia 20

ArcUp, in collaboration with and on behalf of Milani S.p.A., carried out the as-built surveying activities of the installed components related to the electrical systems and special systems serving the basement levels of the building known as “Lotto Est”. The building is part of a new construction project aimed at the redevelopment and functional regeneration of the areas located at Via Melchiorre Gioia 20 and 21. The surveying activities enabled the identification of all discrepancies that arose during the construction phase between the works as executed and the design documentation.
Such discrepancies were subsequently corrected and aligned in order to issue as-built drawings fully compliant with the actual state of the works and current technical standards. This process ensures a higher level of accuracy and reliability of the as-built documentation, thereby supporting greater operational efficiency during the subsequent facility management and maintenance phases, in accordance with applicable regulations and best practices.
