Industrial facility

For a private client, ArcUp carried out the survey of the mechanical systems of an industrial production complex located in the Province of Bergamo, and subsequently converted the point cloud data into a BIM model. The resulting model provides a reliable and accurate representation of the as-built condition of the facility, serving as a solid basis for the design of an upgrade to the rainwater drainage system, fully coordinated with the existing installations.

Within the refurbishment and retrofit context, the integration of three-dimensional surveying technologies and BIM modeling enables the adoption of a structured and more efficient approach, particularly in cases where modifications carried out over time for functional requirements lack formal documentation or retrievable design records to be used as a reference for new design activities.
