Merlata Bloom Milano

ArcUp delivered the architectural and MEP as-built BIM models for the prestigious Merlata Bloom shopping center in Milan, designed by the international firm Callison RTKL and co-financed by Merlata Mall S.p.A., Ceetrus, Immobiliare Europea, and SAL Service. Our multidisciplinary team worked in close collaboration with clients and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and quality of the models, enabling efficient maintenance management and continuous space optimization. Leveraging our expertise in BIM modeling and our client-focused approach, we delivered a high-level final product, contributing to the long-term performance and operational success of the Merlata Bloom shopping center.
