Project Management and Construction Design: specialized works
For a private client, ArcUp provided Project Management services for the renovation of a luxury property. From the early stages, we supported the client in the preparation of bills of quantities and in drafting construction contracts for the appointed contractors. Subsequently, we managed interface coordination among on-site contractors and liaised with the artistic direction to identify appropriate technical and engineering solutions aimed at optimizing time and cost management, while coordinating both the financial and operational workflows between the executing contractors and the Construction Supervision team. In addition, during the construction phase of specialized works, and in collaboration with our structural design partners, we prepared construction designs for structural strengthening interventions, including the consolidation of historic timber frameworks and 19th-century masonry elements.
