Private Residence

For a private client, ArcUp is providing Project Management services for the renovation of a property located in Les Suches – La Thuile. In collaboration with the Construction Supervision (Direzione Lavori), Inart Srl, the project involves the redevelopment of a 900 m² property for private residential use. The intervention, currently under construction, is situated at an altitude of 2,300 meters above sea level.

Due to adverse weather conditions, the works are being carried out within a limited timeframe during the year. ArcUp is therefore coordinating the contractors to ensure adherence to the construction schedule and compliance with the initially established budget.
