ArcUp, in collaboration with and on behalf of Milani S.p.A., is responsible for the execution of the innovative building project The Wave, located in the avant-garde CityLife district of Milan. Our team handles the construction BIM modeling and the preparation of detailed construction drawings for electrical and specialized systems, while also managing the entire BIM process for the project.

Leveraging our expertise in Building Information Modeling, we support all phases of design and construction with highly detailed modeling tools that ensure precision, coordination, and resource optimization. Our approach allows us to address complex requirements and effectively coordinate the various stakeholders, maintaining strict control over schedules and costs. ArcUp is committed to supporting the efficient and sustainable delivery of The Wave, contributing to one of the most iconic and sustainable buildings in the Milanese urban landscape.
